I like the blog approach as it allows for more immediate reaction rather than having to remember things later. Having said that I haven't used it yet - maybe I will next time.
Re: comments, having a Gmail account allowed me to post without creating a new account on Blogger (Google owning Blogger).

to provide feedback for colleagues at the Brynmor Jones and Keith Donaldson Libraries via this blog during the Online Information Conference. As the conference is about Web 2.0 a paper report didn't seem quite right!
